Mindfulness reduces anxiety, increases awareness, boosts the immune system, and decreases stress!

Join award-winning author and speaker Ashley Darkenwald as she teaches you practical tools to be more mindful, including mindful eating. You will eat a piece of organic fruit during class, so please email Ashley if you have any fruit allergies or sensitivities.*

Mindful eating leads to weight loss, better absorption of food, and overall more vibrant health!

*An organic orange will be provided for the mindful eating exercise. Please bring an alternative if you prefer something different.
